The hotel provided reliable and fast internet access, which was a plus for me during my stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel also had a great location, situated in a quiet and upscale area. This made it peaceful and enjoyable, and there were convenient amenities and attractions nearby.
The food at the hotel was quite expensive, and there were limited options in the immediate vicinity. It was necessary to take a taxi to the bustling Remera area for more affordable dining options.

The breakfast was good and they had a nice selection of fruits. The location was convenient for my business meetings, as it was close to the main road and easy to find. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed directions.
The rooms were outdated and in need of renovations. The carpets were old and musty, and I even spotted a few bugs in my room.
